The options on each module determine their own operation. There are 24 modules, since there are 10 gases (a CONC module and RF module for each gas) and the AERO, RFTOT, TEMP and SLR modules.


CONC

1 module for CO2, CH4 e N2O. Calculates the gas concentration.

In: Gas emission. There are different types of CO2 emission).

Out: Gas concentration.


Options:


RF

One module for CO2, CH4 e N2O. Calculates the gas radiative forcing.

In: Gas concentration (or Gas forcing for 'rfuser' option).

Out: Gas radiative forcing.


Options:


AERO

Calculates RF for aerosol substances.

In: Anthropogenic emissions of CO2 (or radiative forcing for 'user' option).

Out: Aerosol substances forcing.


Options:


RFTOT

Calculates the total radiative forcing.

In: Exit of all RF modules, AERO, RF Volcano, Other RF and Total RF (RF Volcano, Other RF and Total RF are provided by the user).

Out: Total Radiative Forcing

TEMP

Calculates the global mean temperature.

In: Total RF (exit of RFTOT) or Temperature ('user' option'

Out: Global mean temperature


Options:


SLR

Calculates the global mean sea level rise by three methods:

In: Total RF (exist of RFTOT) or Temperature (exit of TEMP).

Out: Calculates the sea level rise.


Options:


CCRF

One module per one of the 203 gaspar.xls gases. Calculates in a unified way the Concentration and/or the gas radiative forcing, according to Figure 4.

In: Emission ('calc' option) or Concentration ('ccuser' option) or Forcing ('rfuser' option).

Out: Concentration and/or forcing of each of 203 gases.
